Alamut.jpg

ALAMUT - The best-selling Slovenian novel of all times - "Nothing is true, everything is permitted."

Much more than a prophetic treatise or political allegory on terrorism, Alamut is a gripping story of one man’s unmanacled drive to play God and the human price paid by the innocent to fuel that drive. Alamut is a novel which, through the Nietzschean motto of Nothing is true, everything is permitted, echoes the beliefs and actions of the main protagonist Hassan ibn Sabbah, and questions the ideas of radical nihilism. Epic, thought-provoking, mesmerizing: this and so much more is ALAMUT.
