Three men in the field

This is a book of photographs by Bojan Brecelj, accompanied by texts from his friends Marko
Pogačnik and Aldo Čavić.
What makes it a unique book is the personal approach of the three authors who, observing
through their different lenses, seek for universal values in the area of the Stari Grad Plain.

By taking such an approach, Stari Grad Plain on the island of Hvar, which is the largest fertile
plain on the Adriatic islands, cultivated continuously from prehistory to the present day, and
registered on the UNESCO List of World Heitage Sites, is revealed by
these authors in those dimensions that it hides from the superficial observer.

With this book they selfless share these secrets inviting others to step into this space with open eyes and open hearts.
